Guys, I don't want it for the simple reason that the price will probably go through the roof
I've blown my budget for this month and am quite happy with my purchases.
It will be interesting to see what the final price is though.
I'm hoping that a forumite here will snag it and we can all enjoy the restoration process vicariously.
As long as you post many, many pix !!

Thanked: 2I had this in my watch list.... it sold for $435.00. Kind of overpriced in my opinion but some of these large wade and butchers get way too crazy on the bay. I think it all depends on the day I got a W&B FBU for $100 a few weeks back in better shape than this razor on ebay.

Yeah that's the nature of ebay. There wasn't even anything really special about this one other than the size, and even then it doesn't look all that big. $435 for that is lunacy. You can get a custom for that price, or 2 big FBU razors.
Also just found this gem on the page:
Q: Are you offering a buy-it-now price? thanks, Justin
A: Sorry - no Buy-It Now. Al

Thanked: 4828Anything that in the end was a good deal has always started with a high risk purchase from bad pictures and not very informative sellers. If we average those with the ones that really didn't pan out like I had hope I think I'm even.
