    Woe! That thing has some pitting. I would love to find an old Japanese razor like that, but I don't think that one is salvageable. I wonder if I could have one of the guys here make one for me at some point. Hmmm...

    Dunno... I'm sure one of the more skilled members here could make that thing glimmer like new.

    I'm no dud, but I'd leave this puppy to JC or BE.. I think the pitting would overpower my flaps. A belt-sander at low rpms might do the trick but it would have to be done carefuly to maintain the angles.
