Default Lot of 3 Wade and Butcher's

Hunting around E-Bay very late the other night, stumbled on this lot of 3 Wade and Butcher's, including one I'd never seen before, "The Celebrated, Anglo-Saxon Concave Razor", and two other nice big blades.

They will clean up nice, and will continue to feed my addiction to Wade and Butchers!

Nice Butchers, Phrank-I especially like that Anglo-Saxon Concave/rattler grind. I've never seen one of those!

I saw that listing and was tempted to grab them but I'm trying to reduce my collection so I resisted. They look to be a great buy though. Congrats on grabbing them.

So here's the Wade and Butcher, 5/8, The Celebrated, Ango-Saxon Concave Razor, restored in black horn scales.

The scales on this razor were fairly good, so I've kept the scales after a clean up in neatsfoot and a cleaning of the original hardware as well. If for some reason I ever want to sell it or pass it on, I can also pass off the original scales.

There's a bit of glare, but it turned out beautifully.
