The old barbers in NJ, back in the 1980s, all recommended ducks and FWE above others. I've never seen that model before, President, or frozen stainless steel. The only thing the seller messed up on, that I could see, was the "pearl" handle. The scales aren't pearl and the buyer could conceivably contest the sale if he/she was so inclined.

Just a reminder...that razor was in cracked ice scales...and it was Stainless Steel ( rare). Those scales are a really bad thing for a carbon steel blade and I have seen some horrors perpetrated on the Bay. HESS, DD, FWE, and Droesher, all used them.

I passed on bidding on that one. I believe it may have been a cleaned up cellrotter. And you had better BELIEVE those scales can rot a stainless blade! (I've seen whats left of a president before!)
