    So seller picking up on trend towards treating an antique razor like an antique....sort of, except for the Pimping part. I feel a little dirty for trolling Ebay sometimes....but I still do it.

    I think that the end price will reflect what people want to pay for. Personally I like to see horn on the old razors. Yes there is a fair bit of black rust and pitting on that razor, I would not call it patina. To each there own. I've bought from that seller before. He used to sell them as found and then started cleaning and restoring them.
