Yes, no fraud at all to sell something with nearly accurate description. And he can't sell it at all if he doesn't offer it.
I'm quite sure the market will not bear such pricing, noobie and unwise and gullible as it may possibly be. IOW i'll eat a peanut hull-and-all if anyone buys this remnant, near that price.Buttery Goodness is the Grail
