To top it off the seller does not accept returns.

I think I know the original seller nice 13 but in my opinion it's about $115 dollars to much, after all the razor looks in super condition except for the gold wash.

Alot of money. You could probably pick up a nice NOS Japanese razor for much less than that which would shave as good, or maybe better.

So no idea exactly what it may look like.

I asked the seller, through ebay, why the picture of the actual razor up for sale is not shown.

Yeah that's odd to do that. They should explain why that's not the razor being sold.

Several days ago, I saw an eBay auction for a DOVO Wuesteneisenholz Ironwood 5/8 Straight Razor, starting at $100. But the photo accompanying the posting was the stock DOVO image. I contacted the seller via eBay, and asked for pix of the actual razor. He wrote back saying he'd put up new pix, but the razor was actually a Prima Klang in redwood (?). Someone must have pointed the discrepancy out before I got around to doing it, because the auction title was changed the next time I looked.

The actual picture of the razor being auctioned is up now.

Yeah to me the only excuse is if you are literally selling something new that's exactly like any other one, like an iPad still in the box or something. Or if you've got tons of the same thing (boxes of screws or something).
