    Oh, yes. Yes indeed, I like a challenge!

    Horn scales are pretty easy to care for. They polish with Mothers or Maas or Flitz or whatever polishing compound you've got, then you can just wipe'em down with a little mineral oil or neetsfoot oil from time to time. It's one of the least fussy scale materials out there.
