Just a heads up, you could also send the seller a message, and let him know you are willing to pay the postage at cost; sometimes it's actually confusing to a seller to sell something outside the U.S. because when creating the listing it actually wants to know how much the shipping to each additional country would be, unless you enter everything a certain way. Most just opt for the simple route and say U.S. only, to avoid trying to figure out how much shipping to each country would be (and paying extra fees to eBay, to boot). It isn't that they aren't willing to sell to people outside the U.S. it is just very inconvenient to put that into the add. The first razor I sold was like that. I wanted to list it all over, but since I didn't know shipping to countries X, Y, and Z, I just listed it US only.
That'd be my bet.
Send the guy a message. He may sell to you anyway, if he knows you will pay the shipping.
