Sellers sometimes do things like this to save a time slot for an upcoming listing. Then, they edit the listing and put on the real item. Not sure how that works, tho?

I ought to message him and ask if he can do a custom drawing of a razor for me ......... tell him I want a drawing of a Reaper or an FBU .......
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
