I contacted the seller and he said he would not accept the return unless it was damaged, or not as described. He seemed to be describing ebay's money back guarantee which to me is a totally different policy. I contacted ebay. Apparently the return policy is between the buyer and seller and the decision to allow a specific return is totally up to the seller. I find this policy to be very confusing, misleading and worthless. So if you are looking at an auction with a 14 day return policy, don't count on that policy being enforced in any way.
