Thread: Ebay hacked again?

Was it actually hacked before, or did they have trouble applying some upgrades to their site? The last time it was down, once it came back up, suddenly it had a bunch of additional things, like an indicator of whether or not I'd bought from that particular seller before.

It was hacked a few months ago. Hackers retrieved name, address, and phone numbers that they used to try and scam people. About 2 weeks after the incident was reported, my wife was called about 10 times by people trying to scam her.

They were down for system maintenance, upgrade etc....
