Good question! I often wonder why Pixelfixed is not an official vendor here? Silverloaf could meet the criteria as well!

In order to be an SRP vendor, you need a brick and morter store,or a website that you sell from,I have niether.

when i became a member the intention was to never use the forum for selling and that hasn't changed. i have posted here in the auction section only twice showing my own customs and this time a couple restores as well, things that folks might find a little different. as for selling in the classifieds- its a great venue for members to seek out quality razors and have the trust from dealing with another member. i have not sold through the classifieds because i am a vendor, and without the badge it could be seen as a sneaky way of marketeering. not everyone would view it this way but some would and it would be offensive to them. so refraining is a way for me to show respect to other members here and not be throwing my product up in their faces all the time, and respecting the intentions of the originators of srp. the forum is far and away more for information sharing and aiding others just starting out in wet shaving.
at some point i may seek advice from some of the mods on a tactful approach to offering some items through the classifieds but for now- easier this way
as for vendor badge- i meet the criteria and perhaps in the future. again, ill seek advice from the mods on whether or not carrying the vendor status benefits the forum more or not.

Well, both of you guys are great contributors here and have nice stuff. We have vendors who contribute only their wares, not much advise, nor comments. True, the classifieds is for members use, not intended to be for commercial enterprises.

Either way, keep up the good work, both of you!

silverloaf I do not see any reason why you do not sell through the SRP classifieds. You are not an SRP vendor. You may not, of course, sell your items through our classifieds with a buy it now function and sell the same items on ebay with a buy it now option as that is a violation of SRP rules for any member who is eligible to sell through our classifieds.
