Default Heljestrand MK No. 32 7-Day Set in Ivory -- $3500

Here's an interesting auction of a set of 7 MK No. 32s in ivory for a cool $3500. The curious thing about the set is that the blades do not seem to be the same width. Is such variation normal with Heljestrand 7-day sets?

Too bad they are not pristine. Seller says the blades are free of chips or cracks, however the pictures tell a slightly different story.

Yeah, these are not a set, but a collection from different sets and may be individual issues.
When they're in original set all the razors are the same and only the days of the week on the spine are different.

Exactly, I just checked the auction listing and the next to last photo shows the razors in the case and you can see only one razor has "Mardi" etched on the spine while four others have unmarked spines (and the other two razors cannot be seen).

But still it does look like all seven are marked as Mk32 yet the blade widths seem to vary by at least a sixteenth of an inch which I don't think can be ascribed to honewear so was there so much variance in Helj's manufacturing?
