Default someone help explain to me ...

what I missed here !! I mean if I had the cash-o-la id spend whatever it took to get a razor I wanted , but that's not what catches my eye about this auction ..

I just want to know if there is something that I missed about this razor like , a special history specific thing , a special mark , or anything out of the ordinary that I don't see ?? I saw it go through a time or 2 , and didn't sell on a $3?? BIN , I wanted to watch it but forgot to and when I saw its end results my brain started looking for a reason other then cause it was wanted that bad !! any idea's ??

engine46 just gave me the scoop on it that he got from the seller , it was like a soap opera , but apparently a few mistake button pushes and a relist and sale at $330.00 , so I guess I didn't miss any special detail about the razor ..lol

I don't know anything. $330 still seems awful expensive to me. WHY? I wouldn't give it a 2nd look if I saw it.

Either it was a rare box , interesting grind, or maybe a spoof buyer. I'd be surprised if the seller gets his $ on that one .......... IMHO ......

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

apparently the second to last bidder went to hit 300 and added a zero by mistake , then with seconds left another bidder (the last bidder )saw the $3000 and put his bid in at $3050 and made a mistake also but the bidder at $3000 I guess got it at $330 .. its like the Gerry Springer of ebay minus 5 baby daddys and a few kicks and punches ..lol

actually the last guy bid $3050 , si I think it wasn't a mistake at all but a frustration bid cause he knew he wasn't gonna win .. 5 & 0 are to far apart for a "mistake .. I can see adding a 0 by mistake but not in front of the 5 .. im like Dick Tracy with my detective skills today !!

but on a side note I noticed both the original listing and your , or the pic you posted both have that line down the blade .. is the blade thicker as to where it is forced closed to fit in the box ? I havnt saw to many razors with that effect from the scales and found it odd that both have it

It's a half-[****] grind, depending on whom you ask. Ken Hawley has it recorded as half-rattler:

This is what that would have looked like before it was ground all down to wobbly wavy bits. In that condition the poor thing isn't worth a tuna sandwich. If you can read the fine script on the spine, it refers to the grind as Concave
