I've seen em go for that much, though in all fairness, the pictures make it look as if the blade has some light pitting damage and stains.
Also -if this not a visual artifact- I find it strange that there are no vertical grind lines on the blade. They run horizontal.
This makes me think that the blade has been polished / restored by a non- straight shaver.
The scales show some light damage as well and there is hone wear to the blade.
Personally I think it is overpriced despite the fact that it is a > 8/8, and the seller did himself a disservice by setting such a high starting bid. A lower bid might have started a bidding competition.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

I'd agree that it's a little overpriced for the condition.

More than I'd certainly spend!
However, to answer you question, if it sells, then the answer is yes, if not, then no.
I think that the fact that there are only 10 hours to go and no bids says something.
Since the razor has been refurbished and rescaled, it has absolutely no collector's value whatsoever, which means its going to be bought by someone who wants to use it as a shaver and is specifically looking for a large W&B with fancy scales - and who is willing to pay top dollar.
For that type of dough, you have lots of other options available, so I'm interested to see if it goes.
