Default John Barber 7 Day Set on eBay

I thought I would show this John Barber 7 Day Set on eBay. I can't afford anything right now but maybe one of our member might want it. Some of the blades have morw hone wea than others though so maybe another one will pop up one day in better shape but the scales on this are beautiful!!!

That would be a beauty to have and restore.

There are 7 slots in the box, so one of them is missing. Incomplete set, isn't anywhere as nice as a compete one, but we're talking around 200 years here - most of us can't keep all of our marbles even for much shorter period

Yep, good call, you guys are right unless the seventh one is in the handle. I should email the seller & ask him.

I ordered a similar set last year (W&B not as nice but still nice) and it arrived with shattered blades bouncing around inside the box. Had to fight the seller for a refund too. That's a nice set even if ones missing.

You can't accually close a blade into the handle/scales on these sets. Not the ones I have seen anyway. They are too short and are just used for balance and as a handle.

My bad. I just went to the listing & it says one blade is missing. Sorry guys, I missed that when I first saw it!
