    You can tweak the eBay settings to automatically reject bidders with too many unpaid strikes. You should see the list of bidders blocked for that reason on my account... Pages worth. One non paying bidder in like 6 years with the tweaked settings and I think something happened to that person after they won because nobody could get them on email and the reputation was sterling. You need to set up your front as a seller to fight back the skeeves
