I would have bid at least twice as much on this if seller would ship to Canada. I didn't ask, there were only 20min left on auction when I found it.

I had it in my watch list and missed the notification, I expected it would go for $70+. I nearly threw up when I saw the ending bid..... Some one got lucky

Yeh disappoints me also when no international shipping is offered
I know I could get them shipped to 1 of our state side members but why not offer it in the first place what is the drama?
    Saved,

Probably a seller that was burned by crooked overseas customs with sticky fingers or an overseas buyer... On ebay anyway, there are a very small number of foreign countries I will deal with. Outside of ebay, I am far more open. To get the protections as a seller, would require extremely costly shipping options. Asia, poland, Italy (you might as well set your item on fire), and south america are pretty much the never never list. Norway, sweden, finland are the gold standard for painless international deals. I can throw something in a box 1st class to norway and know 100% it will get there fine and fast. Canada, things disappear into limbo for weeks sometimes. I've straight up ground canada to a halt because they go out of their way to make life miserable when it comes to sending or receiving packages...

After several bad experiences shipping to China and Germany and high prices and the weeks long limbo in Canada, I'll never ship overseas again.

IDK about russia. I am wary to be honest. It sucks too because every time I put up a knife or carpentry hone that I don't need, I get a LOT of russian interest, but I have no data to go by so I must avoid unless they use a forwarding service where you can ship to a us address and then it is their problem...

Canada has been an utter disgrace for about two and a half years now... IDK what happened because it used to be so smooth....

I'll let you know in 2 to 4 weeks. I just won a razor from eBay from Moscow. I really don't know why it takes so long to ship from there but if this does good I might do more with the person I bought from.
