    Default OUT of country

For a long time now I would not give any thought to bidding on anything out of the USA because of many reasons one of which is shipping. Things getting lost or if it wasn't as described the cost of sending it back. I have tried now on 3 different times and am waiting on the 3 one to get here. so far the items have been exactly as described and the item arrived in a timely manor. If this next item gets here un harmed then I think 3 out of 3 will be a good sign that out of country is no different than in country. I know I have missed out on several nice razors because they were no in the USA. My loss. You live and learn

I'd say over half my collection has come from eBay sites outside the ".com" sphere, and all have been shipped quickly, are exactly as described, and in many cases, a third of the price. As I've said before, there are some exceptional finds out there, you just have to look for them.

I've found shipping from outside NA to be better than within. Numerous times I've had items coming from Europe, Japan and the US, and every time the European and Japanese items arrive first.

Have not had any issues. China can be slow but Europe has always been very good.

Japan has some excellent Henckels with no problems shipping from there.

There are a lot of nice razors outside of the US. As already stated shipping is only slow in NA. I have been buying more and more outside of the US as the Global Ship program becomes more popular with US sellers it is no longer effective to buy from them. I have gotten great stuff from the UK and Japan, and even Spain and Eastern Eruope, and the prices seem better. I expect that the US prices are higher mostly because of items outside being less popular for all the reason in the OP. The sad part is by discussing this we are only going to find more competition on the other items.

I've gotten a lot of razors from all over the world, never an issue with delivery. Might take a little more time and that usually lets me forget I bought the razor so its always a surprise upon delivery.

Shipping from Japan to USA by EMS usually takes 4 days! Sometimes 6-7
