I've never heard of the maker but it's a very nice looking set. Looks to have never been used.

I agree. When a maker makes a 7 day set, most I've ever seen have been of great quality. You don't see 7 day sets of any low quality makers. I haven't even seen a 7 day set of GD's but some like those also & use them. I saw that set just now & it looks nice. It is a post 1891, 7 day set from Sheffield, England. I did a search for the company on Google & many UK company's come up but I haven't found that one yet. If I do, I will update. I think it would be a good beginner set for one who might want a 7 day set. It shouldn't go for that much but you know eBay can get. On the same note, I have seen some 7 day sets of higher quality go for less than I thought!

I have noticed the same thing myself. I just scored a 7 day Henckels set for a much lower price than I thought it would go for (still waiting for them to arrive, but the pics looked good ).

They look familiar, like maybe the same blanks as Kropp? They've been on my watch list but assume they will end up well above my budget.

So far it's very inexspensive, but I'm sure that will change with two days to go...
