    Don't regret it. I totally understand there are a few razors I've seen posted here that I lost the bidding for.

    The one thing I will say, because it's worth repeating, is don't use it to learn on.

    If you're patient there are occasionally cheaper straights (+/- $40 usd) in the srp classifieds. Depending on where you are there may be a way to keep shipping costs down.
