    Still, 'Joseph Allens' razors do not exist. At least to my knowledge.

    I'll chime in cause I've had a few, and a JA was the first razor that made me want to be a straight shaver. I think they're one of the most under rated manufacturers out there. Getting one in good condition seems quite hard though. Not sure why.
    From the ones I've had those stamped non0xll seem better than those stamped non.xll - but there may be no connection to quality at all.

    It was only $100 or so. I was bidding on it. I was winning. I could have got it. Little did I know that it was the razor love of my life and I would never get over it. haha. I'd probably pay ten times for it now.
