    Default Puma petrified wood hone?

Is this a joke or what? Blurry pictures of a dinosaur?

Kees, it looks to me like natural coticule. High starting price, though...

I doubt its petrified wood. If it was its quartz. I'm not sure how good a hone it would make. It does look like a coticule though.

I think it is a natural blue - yellow combo, and judging from the side view picture, it needs a significant amount of lapping before it is usable.

What ever it is, I'd be a bit reluctant to slide any razor edge across it that I expected to shave with! You might have better luck honing your razor on the sidewalk....

I've always wondered if there is a function on ebay entitled "Blur picture to eBay standard"

... or am I just REALLY cynical?

Hmm, the sidewalk, has anyone ever tried that. It could be the greatest hone in the word is right under our noses.
