Why do I have a nasty feeling in my gut about the person who asked the question?

That I don't know...

I see they shot up in value pretty quickly to AUD200, anyone have a ballpark idea what a set like this would be worth?

I'd think about putting in a bid, but for AUD30 per razor I am worried about paying too much for the convenience of finding all 7 in one place.

If it is a true seven day set... matching scales and days on the spines... maybe $50US a razor... and say $25US for the box... that would be my guess... if i were to have a dog in the fight it could be as high as $450US... i would need better pics though

If I had the $$ id's go to $50-55 a razor, remember there is also a nice box included.

A new box could cost anywhere from $80 - $120

Just checked, xb02 is not listed as a member of SRP so I'd say go for it!

Syslight's correct if there in good shape that set could go as high as $500, i was an antique shop the other day and they were selling a beautiful Henckels 7 Days set for just $350

I questioned the seller about the razors

The box has indivdual places for each blade and they are marked so to sa the blades all look the same.


so what you have here is a box... ~$40US, and 7 silmilar razors without any good pictures... say ~$35US each.... so now i would guess a value of say $275US to $300US

the good news is you could buy them clean them sell some off and recoup a fair amount of the dosh, without having to break up a true seven day set.

Looking at these photos I would never give $50 even for a single razor. They just don't appeal to me. Of course, they may be wonderful shavers

But yes - they seem like they will clean up well and sell for say $80 or even more...

I might just keep an eye on how high they go... for me AUD30 per razor would be about it. They are just about there now...

There's a big difference between a genuine 7day set and just putting 7 of the same razors together in a box.

This might seem like a really silly question.... i have been looking around the net for a similar set by henckels.... did Henckels make 7day sets?
