Thanked: 634I could be wrong but I don't see it. Blade has patina but no heavy rust.

Thanked: 3215Hard to say from the photos, is there any shrinkage, misalignment of the blade or scales smaller than the wedge?

most of the time cell rot shows up in a specific area such as where the blade would be in the scale when closed. (but not always)

Thanked: 433Usually there is a distinctive rust line between what's in the scales and what is outside. This blade looks like normal patina at least to me

I agree that is not cell rot. Just normal patina. Great looking razor by the way.

Ok, heres where we get weird. Sniff the scales and see if there is the odor of camphor. If there is the smell of camphor it is most definitely cell rot. From what I can see in the pics, the "patina" is evenly distributed on the blade, not usually so with rot. Damn nice looking razor once cleaned up.
