I just mailed two bottles of pigment (tattoo ink) to a guy in UK. Regular mail, not priority, $22.00 USD. For registered would have been another $13.50, and the rate went up for global priority, so I don't know what that would be. Insurance adds more $ of course.

Yup. prices recently went up yet again. For a long time the rates kept going up and they claimed it was because of the increased fuel costs. Since then gas and diesel have come down by almost half from their high points, drivers have not received any raises, and still fuel surcharges remain, and prices keep rising.
