Thanked: 237I mean if it was a big choppin 9/8 or 10/8 I'd buy it. For a 6/8 I couldn't justify spending more than half of its starting price.

for any of you guys who has purchased a Timahagane razor its well above that price, but like people have said its all in who wants it. great craftsmanship in his razors and that steel is very unique, so for any sitting on the fence wanting one of his this is a great buy. Tc

Thanked: 237I guess it boils down to diminishing means, and how much money you have to spend. If you have $2000+ to spend on a razor, then it's not an issue of money. In that case a meteorite steel custom smelted and forged razor would seem like a bargain!
