Default Shave ready sellers on eBay?

Does anyone know if any of the sellers on ebay selling shave ready SRs are reputable and their items are truly shave ready?

    Thanks in advance

When you go to B-S-T, be sure to look at the post count of the seller and their join date, in the left hand corner of the page. If in doubt, go to their profile and see their latest posts and started threads. Some are not as good as others, lately

There are questions you can ask to get answers to the shave ready status of a razor.
Have you test shaved with this razor?
    What is your honing progression?
Are a couple of good ones.

    Good tip.

There is a seller with many shave ready razors for sale. He also lists his honing progression.1k thru 12k. Stropped on linen and then leather. I asked him if he test shaved them and he replied he has too many listed which makes sense.
Johnlok1 is the seller name. I'll try one of his inexpensive ones and see how it goes.

I'd like to get my SR honed but I don't see any ads posted in member services. I know whipped dog does it though

Karlj is a member here and sells on eBay. He puts a fine edge on a blade.

Member Services has been blank for a couple of weeks. What gives, I don't know.

Out of the four that I have bought on there that was said to be shave ready none were really shave ready. But they were also from people who were not selling more than one or two if any at all. But also I did not ask the right questions.

As I recall, you have to pay a vendor fee to list in Member Services, which I believe is $50/year - too much for the amount of honing jobs I'd likely get.

Same reason I don't hone anymore, $50 would be 50% of my best year
