    Default Horrible Honing

This guy is selling a bunch of razors, and EVERY one of them looks to be poorly honed. The toe is almost half as thin as the heel on all the razors.

Who the hell owned/honed these to such poor condition?

Those razors look terrible. I would not bid on them just based on the pictures forget about the honing job.

Perhaps someone saw the nice fixer-upper/butter knife/lockpick/nose picker discussed here, and wanted something similar, but game up half-way there.

    Default I bet you anything..

I bet that was a guy who sharpened those with a grinder or mechanical wheel of some kind, how much do you want to bet? The two are just too uniformly deformed to be simply overhoning - trying to take the easy way out I bet you a buck.

Agreed - at first I thought it was weird camera angle but look at the heels - they're not right at all. Looks like these blades have had some mighty big chips ground out of them!
