I am sorry to report that JMG steelworks has failed on several occasions to respond to my requests for a razor order status or my requests for a refund. My inquiries have been ignored for months.

Thanked: 174Sorry to hear it, but it could just be he's swamped with work - his site says it's 9 month wait if you order now.
When I ordered from him about a year and a half ago our communication were sometimes very irregular, but eventually he always answered. I hope it's also the case now.
