The only Joe Edson I know is the one that actually makes razors. Not sure if he does restores or not but you can shoot him an email and ask.

If somebody showed me a razor and said just make me an offer I won't tell you what I want, I would walk. Weird way to do business. He bought the razor for some price and he can decide what he wants for it. What is this? An auction with one bidder?MikeT likes this.

I think it's a many-bidder auction, with one bid per-person (IOW, a single chance to make one's "Best Offer").
