Thanked: 4826It is a good brand. It has some wear and a lot of life left in it. Send it out and get it honed. It is not your typical starter razor, but we all start somewhere.

The heal edge looks a bit flat As if someone put more pressure on the heal while honing. But its still a nice razor. Send it out like Rez said for a honing. Its a bit big and heavy for learning with, but not that you cant learn with it.
It's just Sharpening, right?

Thanked: 104I like a heavy blade, so this is a pretty good piece. Its not a wall hanger but you and your kids could use it for the rest of your lives. Sharpen her up and get to shaving.
