Notice the toolbar above the Reply box in a thread -- bold, italics, underline, font size, etc? Toward the right end (3rd icon from end) you will see what looks to be a picture of a small tree. Click that icon to open the "Insert Image" dialog box.

From there, you can select photos from your computer or a website. Click "From Computer" and "Choose File" to select the image you want to post. Finally, click on the "Upload Files" button (which isn't obvious on certain computer operating systems).
