Wow! what a find! only needs a little cleaning, after say 20 hours of sanding although i'm not sure... but i think that is a maltese cross.... rather hard to confuse with the item he mentions.

I took a look - the 'buy it now' price seems reasonable to me - that's REAL cotton thread holding the scales together you know.

Not ONLY is it REAL cotton thread, take a good look at the amount you are getting, coupled with the old fashioned HAND wrapping and tying! Thus preserving this pre-1890 razor for future generations. The care and dedication shown to this HISTORIC razor over it's long and storied life adds a priceless patina of glory and charm. Be sure to bid early as this is a very rare CUT THROAT RAZOR collectors are snapping these up all the time! Bid early and take advantage of the favorable exchange rates and the low,low shipping costs!

As most people here know already, I don't object to 20 hours of sanding.
But not on a 300$ blade. Now for 3 $ we can talk.
