This is only the second incident I have experienced in years of selling. Unfortunately it was not insured. I will have to insure in the future of give the buyer that option. The other was a razor I sent to Russia. All was good till the virus hit. For four or five months it is lost somewhere in limbo. Russia stopped accepting packages and it was never returned.
What bothers me most is someone had to notice the damage to outside envelope and did nothing. You and me come from a generation that took pride in our work. The current generation only go thru the motion to get a check.
