I wonder what made him go through the trouble of opening an account and listing this.
Doesn't ebay take list fees out of your credit card/bank account? Hmm, may be you wouldn't care if that wasn't actually your CC/account.... Makes you wonder...

Out of curiosity I messaged the seller for some photos and he replied that he'd add some in a day or two.
For that price I'm curious to see what is on offer.

I noticed the "items" are located in Ipswich - that's just down the road from me! I wonder if they'd let me come and peruse the goods in person .....
Maybe he has Ned Kelly's old cutthroat...

I still want to see some pics. On ebay "perfect condition" straight razors can mean mint or rust heaps, you never know until you see the items.

i think he considers it an investment... lol if some poor idiot DOES buy it... then they may or may not get what they want (probably the latter) and if they do, paypal or ebays buyer protection plan will cover it... and he will be a great deal of money richer... your probably lookin at an auction for 90 zeepk razors and a few oldies... lol id laugh my ass off...

I doubt anyone will send any significant amount of money to someone with no feedback at all. And even with good feedback a listing like that really shouldn't get any buyers.
Then again, maybe we're all missing out on boxes of some fantastic minty razors (Pumas, Ducks, etc). We'll never know! Unless James manages to get a peek of the stash in person of course.
