Some one has had it on a buffer hence the awful gloss (imo)

I think it is worth the money asked, make an offer normally means they will accept $5 less than asking price. All those defects can be removed, mostly.. I do have one in excellent condition awaiting restoration. They are tiny things.

Because I looked at it, he sent me an offer of $134.99 but I have one already and another that needs scales and I have some Ivory scales the has one broke so if I cut them the same as the broken one, I could put the blade in Ivory scales.

Razor looks smallish to me, or is the hand biggish?

The blades are quite a bit smaller than normal but give a nice shave.
