I think what you are seeing is people who are willing to pay more for razors that look almost shaveable with very little or no work; or that are "desireable" brands.

I'm not so sure. I was watching a few yesterday that were in need of some work. Most of them jumped as much as $40 in the final seconds of bidding.

Perhaps the 'desirable brand' thing is why, though ...

In my opinion its Sweeny Todd that has sparked the interest but i dont see any problems with doing whatever you can to get what you want at the lowest price. Thats what ebay is all about and if it bothers you than its probably because someone beat you at your own game.
