Ebay needs to step up their policing policies. I got a new Treo 680 on january 2nd. Immediately purchased a Krusell case for the phone, only to eventually be told that they were out of stock and it would be 2-3 weeks before they could ship. Ha! They were still selling the same item in multiple listings on ebay. I cancelled the purchase, and bought a second one. Same story. Now I'm on my third (and final if they don't deliver) case. Way too much leeway.

eBay requires sellers listing items they do not physically have in stock (like pre orders) to state as such in the listing- if you find that report them!

The community are the primary line of policing for eBay- they have way too many listings to look at each one- tho I think they should have enough computer power to automatically scan for certain common issues, which they don't.
