    Default Thuringian Hone

I don't know whether this should be on the Hone forum or here.
I just found this Thuringian hone on Ebay:
    http://cgi.ebay.com.au/VINTAGE-GERMA...QQcmdZViewItem

Just before the data base failure, I posted a question on whether a hone I own was an Escher, I think it was Howard who said Thuringian. Here are my pics again: My hone & the ebay hone are the same box etc, safe to list as such???

    Default Correct assessment

I will agree with Howard on this one, reason being I own one exactly the same, however I do own an escher in a similar box. The escher I own has a blue label with a coat of arms on it.

There rally isnt too much difference between the two hones so to all intense purposes you have a really nice finishing hone.

    Hope this helps you along...simon
