Thread: 6/8 Razors from Wotjec76?

I wonder if one of the threads lost in the recent site crash had to do with the 6/8 razors offered on eBay by that nice fellow in Poland who sells under the name Wotject76? As a newbie here (which I still am, after just 8 months using a SR), I read about the Wapi razors he was selling and bought two. I was impressed how easy they were to hone and what nice razors they were for the price. So when I saw he had the 6/8 razors, I jumped on one and immediately found they were great: also easy to hone to a great edge and very nice to shave with. Mine is now my go-to razor.

Sorry if this was talked to death previously, but I had stopped reading the posts here late last year and have only recently been back to lurking, reading, and learning!

You will find some threads by searching for "Double Arrow". Some people got very good samples of these razors, others not. I belong to the first category.

Wow, I did not realize that these were Chinese made! I think I'm glad I didn't know that before I bought it, because I wouldn't have tried it, knowing that.

I just looked inside the scales and saw that there are two Chinese ideograms stamped on the inside of the very flimsy scales, so that confirms it.

Well, it's still a nice razor--I'll try not to think about tomorrow morning when I use it again!

It's good to hear you got a god one... I was one who wasn't so lucky...
of course I've gotten to try some really high end razors, so I might be biased against them...

don't think so mine was bad as well!
