I'm bidding on EBAY item No. 160211963681 , Waterville Connecticut Cutlery Knife Co. Razor and I'm interested in whae folks have to say about the piece. (sorry about the underlining--can't shake it.)

There's apparent hone wear near the toe, and some rust issues. I'm not saying it won't shave well. I don't know whether this is a good razor.

It'll just take a bit of work, and special attention with honing.

Waterville razors are rather rare and that one is in pretty nice shape for one on ebay... i have 2 which had much more rust and now have lots of pitting they wound up around $30 each... to this day you can just barley make out the waterville on one of them... they shave great though so i do not care what they look like!
