Those are for those guys with a $40,000 custom trailer queen chopper with 6 miles on it to pretend they are tough with, while they stand in front of starbucks looking at their own bike.

Difference is... I'd happily take the $40K trailer queen chopper if offered (and I had the cash)....

I am just gonna guess that they are trying for the 14-24 year old flea market crowd that wear rebel flag underwear and chew tobacco???
Just guess though, I could be wrong.
