This one is a strange shape, it looks modern but I haven’t seen one like it before!

look at the scales, thats not really a razor it's a pocket knife in a razors clothing.

here is a translation i found on line "Tout petit rasoir coupe choux manche Corne" means "Any small razor cuts cabbages Horny handle" maybe?
