I don't know - it looks like it's been cut down from that photo from the etching. The other photo shows that the scales seem to fit. Could have been rescaled I guess

The spine looks like it has seen a hone too. Maybe the seller meant unused by them....

This guy is clearly full of . I can't even imagine giving him the benefit of the doubt that he has no tused it. It is an auction, and he wants to sell for as much as possible, even if it means lying. I have been looking for a very specifig razor, and the way they are described has a lot to do with the final sales price. A hyped up description sadly seems to raise the price than clear pics.

There has been talk before about recommended traders list
I think a SRP Ebay listing code of conduct could be helpful to buyers & sellers alike!
Ebay is scouted by most members so infringements would soon be noticed & it would also promote the SRP I do have some ideas of how this could be done.
    Any comments!

PS My biggest moan is the shipping charges especially from the US to the UK
Like $25 for 1 razor, I charge $3.66 anywhere outside Europe!

Your recommended trader list idea is a great one. The mechanics might be daunting, though.

I believe, although correct me if I'm wrong, that we tried to get a good/bad seller list going in the past, but there were legal issues, and rumors of sellers trying to sue, that sort of thing. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to mention GOOD ebay sellers though, and ones not listed may or may not be on the bad list, so read their feedbacks carefully. 100% positive doesn't mean everything *really* went well. We've all had those sellers who, even though we've already *paid* for an item, waited to read our feedback before leaving any for us. Sometimes worse happens. I've even seen sellers give buyers bad feedback (the buyer, on our forum as I recall, had already paid btw) after he left neg. feedback for the seller.
Sorry for rambling. All I'm saying is read the feedback and read between the lines. Great feedback doesn't always mean your safe, and not 100% doesn't always mean you're dealing with a dishonest person, either. Read between the lines if you will.
