I may be officiall done bidding on razors if these are anything like I hope. Now ill blow my money on restoration tools (tumbler and accessories) and then hones. Does anybody know anything about the first one that says Hollow Ground? Looks interesting.
I'm a little annoyed that the guy lives less than 10 minutes away, but wants a money order and won't give a break on shipping, and no pick-up allowed. Anyway, I'm excited about these.

Only thing I know is I just got an exact duplicate off ebay last week. The scales on mine are full of holes so they will be replaced. I'll also be interested if anyone knows age or anything else about these.

Hard to say if they're a good deal since we're looking at the same pics as you. Can't really tell what condition the blades are in, let alone how much work they'll need on a hone. Either way, you didn't spend too much, and if you decide they're too much work, maybe you can sell them off to someone who does resto work, or send them out to have them cleaned and honed.
