Funny colour of the tang. To me it just does not look shiny enough for goldwash. Did you ask for detailed pics?

Lousy picture and a high starting bid

Too high of an initial bid, it's an auction not a retail outlet. See it all the time at regular auctions. The auctioneer will start the bidding and no one bids hoping the price will drop. When it drops sufficiently someone will make a bid and then the bid wars are on and the damn thing will sell for more then was originally asked.

Only 40 feedback points, not selling anything else (razors), no detailed pics, not much write-up, no returns.
And the icing on the cake... high initial bid...
I guess it all adds up.

Thanked: 4Mate
All of the above comments are correct and valid... I'm still kind'a surprised someone didn't take a swing at it... they're much sort after razors.
If he'd started this auction at 0.99c he'd probably have gotten 200 bucks.
