    There seem to be a lot of scratches in random directions on the blade, I wonder if he has tried to remove rust. He does not show the other side of the blade, I would ask for pix of the other side of the blade before buying. Just in case he removed rust only from one side of the blade.

    I've had a gracie once. (I didn't check the link) if it's in good shape it'll be a decent shaver.
