    Default Puma str8 why so cheap

    Hi,i was watching this razor and thought it would go for more than 60.00, i forgot about it and when i did go to check it sold for $20.73.Why so cheap.I have paid more for no name str8's i was suprized it sold so cheap i would have bid at least 35.00 or is there something i dont see in the pics. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...0%3D%26fvi%3D1

    Blade is quite rusty and has possibly a slight frown in it. Might be salvageable but will take a lot of work.

    I'm going to weigh in with a diagnosis of celluloid rot... look where the most corrosion is on the blade.. now imagine it closed... see how the worst corrosion looks to be about were the darker areas of the scales are... i would say it is just starting to go bad and the blade might be salvageable.

    +1 on the celluloid rot. The tortoise ones do that alot.
